Aufgaben:
- best-in-class IT project management, including planning of tasks, managing risks and issues, prioritizing tasks, and coordination of partner companies, external suppliers
- Coordination of timely and successful delivery of project milestones
- Preparation of project implementation plans with external partner companies and external suppliers
- prepare/follow up and moderate meetings and workshops
- Coordination of joint test-phases and ad-hoc issue resolution with external partner companies and external suppliers
- Regular project reporting and preparation reporting to senior management
- Budget-Management

Aufwand zuerst 2-3 Tage/Woche, ggf. später Einsatz bis zu 100% / remote deutschlandweit

- Experience in IT waterfall and agile projects
- Well-founded professional experience in IT project management (min 3-5 years)
- Certification in project management, e.g. GPM/IPMA/PMI/PRINCE2
- Basic experience in Test-management or working together with test-teams
- fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Advanced user knowledge of MS office suite, MS project, Jira, Confluence, etc

- Experience in Telco-projects
- Experience in working with off-shore-suppliers
- Experience in projects with 100+ participants
