The program designs the BSS landscape and the operating model with an improved customer experience, faster T2M (Time to Market) and reduced TCO (Total cost of ownership) through the development and implementation of new, modern B2B Product Catalogs (PC; U-631), B2B Order Management (OM; U-633), B2B
Configure Price Quote (CPQ; U-632) and B2B CRM / CIM systems (U-630). As part of the further development of B2B business-relevant applications, the following activities are performed in the program; Introduction of a new cloud-based IT infrastructure as the basis for a large number of new commercial services such as eSIM (TMTB-316), new payment methods (PayPal, credit card, TMTI-405), appbased real-time customer communication (TMTI-213) or digital Identification procedure (TMTB-295)

Tasks:
Provide following Services independently and without further instructions from internal Staff:

- Provide technical guidance in defining workshop content with respect to the scope of the MVP and stakeholder involvement
- Creating requirements for the production of epics
- Managing the master requirements and deliverables
- Creating project report
- Proactively informing the program manager in case of problems
- Defining test cases for test scenarios
- Creating of deficiency lists in BRT (Business Readiness Test)

- Testing-Acceptance
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklungsprozessen (Wasserfall und agile)
- Testing von Software
