- Process definition for the collaboration with the tower companies
- Project documentation to be handed over to inlife/line
- Definition and setup of the collaboration Interfaces
- Definition and setup of the governance model
- In Life support of GUs until all processes are up and running and everything is transferred to the line organization
(PL is responsible until the problem is fixed)
- GUs get paid for their work in time (according to agreements)
- Definition and alignment of governance structure
- Escalation procedures
- RACI-definition
- Communication
- Communication structure, aligned contact partner definition and matrix
- Meeting structure
- Definition of task handover procedures (eg. by action lists/MS Planner tasks)
- Validation of reporting
- Common reporting definitions as basis for common understanding of the reports which will result in analyses and recommendation of actions in the inlife management
- Resource planning for internal and external staff
