For our client we are looking for a SharePoint Architect (f/m).

Role Impact:
- Responsible for solution architectures (systems, infrastructure, network, information, data, software ) of the Collaboration projects based on following Technologies SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2010 and Office 365.
- Accountable for generating solution architecture design, proposals and concepts which fit with the enterprise architecture that are cost-effective, scalable, flexible and simple.
- Accountable to provide technical directions, advice and choices in the Collaboration architectural context
- Maintain the solution architectures in pace with the changing requirements, new business needs and technology evolution.
- Responsible for technical demand management in the Collaboration domain. Ensure that the requirements are realisable ,testable, implementable & operatable when implanted in a service
- Responsible to bridge the gap between developers, business analysts, project managers, and application managers in the Collaboration Domain projects.
- responsible to guarantee technical quality of design and developments by close collaboration with software vendors & developers
- Be involved in end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements through design, implementation and operations, continuously overseeing and ensuring the technical quality of the realisation of business requirements into solution features.
- responsible to report overall progress of technology forecasts in the solution context, impact on existing architectures, recommendations on next steps

Knowledge and experience:
- 3+ years SharePoint solution architecture experience in an large scale IT Enterprise environment
- 4+ years hands-on SharePoint development OR infrastructure experience
- Experience in all stages of SharePoint Project delivery using agile or waterfall delivery models
- Expert knowledge and experience of at least two areas of the SharePoint platform
- Good working knowledge of overall SharePoint platform architecture
- Broad and general technical knowledge, as well as deep competencies in areas like IT infrastructure, data models, service orientation; good understanding of enterprise architecture.
- TOGAF / Enterprise architecture certifications (preferred)
- Deep knowledge in programming, technology frameworks, standards and technical modelling.
- Experience on multiple Hardware and Software Environments (for.eg- distributed, desktop, and mobile) and be comfortable with complex heterogeneous systems environments.
- Critical thinking, problem solving, design, and most critically, attention to performance, scalability, reliability, availability at the system and component level
- Business analysis and business process understanding.
- Must possess an in depth understanding of the capabilities of Collaboration technologies (e.g. SharePoint server 2010/2013, Multifarm / Crossfarm Environments, MS Data Protection Manager, SCOM), Database knowledge (e.g. MS SQL 2008/2012) , Development knowledge (e.g. PowerShell Scripting, development Frameworks)
- Deep understanding of Microsoft?s Office 365 cloud products and their roadmaps
- Deep knowhow in SharePoint Migration 2010 to 2013 / on-prem to cloud (O365) (Tools like ControlPoint)
- Deep knowhow in SharePoint workflow tools (e.g. Nintex, K2)

Communication
- Communicate and share ideas verbally, both orally and in writing, to all levels of business -executive staff, business sponsors, and technical resources(development, design, delivery) in clear concise language that is suited to each audience
- Contribute to a stakeholder management plan identifying all stakeholders, the nature of the relationship and the communication channels.
- Attendance at all relevant team and project meetings.
Presentations to the Collaboration Programmes, architecture communities, and management layers on all relevant subject matter areas.
