Business Process Manager (m/w)

Skills:

- Analysis of new and existing business processes.
- Reviews of business and technical requirement documents.
- Preparation and supervision of the Inlife transition of new technical solutions.
- Coordination of 3rd Parties during integration phase, as IT Services and external vendors (Logistics, DMS, Print, etc.)
- Setup of business process monitoring and reporting
- Setup of KPI-Reporting
- Setup and implement business process documentation library incl. update-mechanism
- Review and update the business process documentation

Required:
- General Telco experience, esp. prepaid business
- Experience in CRM and Billing systems and Customer Service processes
- Experience in Business process reporting and documentation
- Knowledge of CDRator internal processes
- Knowledge of relational databases
- excellent analytical skills
- hands-on character
- Presentation skills
