On behalf of our client we are looking for a

Head of Marketing (m/f)

Your tasks:

- Leading and developing and the online marketing team
- Defining and implementing the marketing strategy
- Planning and controlling of marketing and communication activities (strategic objectives, general budget allocation on different marketing channels)
- Developing and optimizing the processes and tools for the planning and controlling of marketing activities as well as for the reporting of results to the team
- Defining and monitoring relevant KPIs
- Implementing brand strategy and communication guidelines
- Evaluating market research and adjusting the marketing strategy accordingly to meet changing market and competitive conditions



Your profile:

- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or business
- Minimum 3 years experience in online marketing
- 2+ years team leadership and budget responsibility
- Experience with the marketing of Freemium business models is a plus
- Extensive marketing experience in Germany and in the TV / Video industry is an advantage
- Fluent business English
