Für unseren Kunden suchen wir im Auftrag zur direkten Vermittlung einen Senior Consultant IT Process Management m/w.

Beschreibung

Within Integrated Business Solutions we are seeking for a senior IT Process Manager. You will be part of a Process Management Team that actively manages global IT processes Change, Release & Deploy and Test Management that meets strategic and tactical needs in all business areas and functions. The overall team secures global business transformation programs by providing the systems, processes and services needed to implement.


What we offer
Overall responsibility for managing global IT processes in a challenging multi project environment
Set up a sustainable new global SAP environment by designing processes, setting rules and guidelines and ensure process compliance
Actively support global implementation projects and upcoming new demands
Identify and resolve conflicts and drive decisions in a global multi project environment
Define, implement and execute communication concepts
Foster synergies across projects by providing effective IT processes, solution standards and knowledge transfers

Who we are looking for
Excellent university degree in electronic engineering, economics, economical informatics or economical engineering
At least 5 years of experience as a business consultant, IT architect or process expert including practical experience with IT projects in an international environment
Specific experiences in SAP, business and IT process design, application design as well as ITIL V3 Foundation and / or ISTQB Certificate is appreciated
Excellent English communication skills
Exceptional initiative, decisiveness and strong analytical thinking. Effective communication and convincing skills are essential
Willingness to learn and ability to cope with conflicts
Desire to work in a dynamic global environment




Erforderliche Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen:
University degree, IT projects relevant experience, SAP,


Wünschenswerte Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen:
ITIL V3 Foundation and / or ISTQB Certificate is appreciated
