Deep knowledge of CRM and CRM related systems
Experience with cooperation with other / foreign vendors
Telco experience
Knowledge of Rational Tool suite (Clear Case / Clear Quest)
Knowledge of the software development processes and delivery process
Knowledge of UNIX & DB systems
Knowledge of SOX & ITIL standards
Knowledge of Vantive Systems
