Aufgaben:

UTS is a project to introduce a Unified Ticketing System. In the context of introduction there is the task to align the processes, agree efficiencies and identify and implement process/efficiency benefits.
The target is to identify both potentials and risks, to drive decisions whether to implement/mitigate them, to create plans how to implement them in terms of change management and documentation, and to execute and monitor the implementation of the process/application handling changes.

Tasks:
Perform analysis where unification is still possible on process level and which benefit can be generated. Identify efficiency opportunities.
Prepare decision proposals on unification topics and drive the decision together with the process accountables.
Create plans how to implement the unifications considering
dependency to tools, necessary documentation and training effort, measurement concepts, change (people) management
Implement the plans and monitor the execution



Es finden evtl. Reisen nach München statt, werden separat verrechnet.
