Project Description
An integrated Salesforce knowledge Management System (KMS) is lacking functionality compared to today's solution (SABIO / TIM). An additional KMS shall be implemented into the new IT-landscape introduced within an ongoing program to radically transform the IT architecture. The KMS shall be single source of truth for service information in new IT architecture for all channels, units and brands knowledge integration in Salesforce flow for Guided Service for agent (hotline, chat, shop) and end customer (web & app). context-based content in Salesforce such as tooltips etc. service content for Web & App e.g. FAQs text modules for manual correspondence

Scope of Project
Integration of to be selected SaaS application into customers network to enable users to login via SSO; Application set up in Technology. Quality improvement in the service through context-based information for the agent Cost reduction by reducing existing KM systems to a single source of truth for service information.

Phase 1
- Technology setup including
Operational Agreement & Onboarding of SaaS solution (SaaS) (Inbetriebnahme)
- Definition of SLAs, Security signoff, Data Security signoff, Architecture signoff
- Adoption of Technology processes (user management, incident management, monitoring)

Phase 2
- Integration in future IT stack: Integration in Salesforce, Web/Apps, Chat (4th platform)
Service Description
- Effective project management and coordination of deliverables
- Delivery of project management artefacts (project governance, work breakdown structure, project plan, project reports, dependency plan, risk & issue register, decision papers, management briefing documents)
- Preparation and execution of steering board meetings
- Effectice management of escalations
- Activity tracking, reviews, guidance to the project team
- Scope management
- Change management during the project period
- Prepartion and execution of requirements gathering, technical implementation and customer migrations

Skills:

5 to 10 years of practical experience in technology and telecommunication transformation and/or digitalization projects

Experiences with Salesforce advantageous

Business process understanding regarding partner management

Deep technical understanding with the ability to derive complex situation into management overviews

Problem-/issue solving ability with Risk- and Issue Management skills

Budget Management skills

Program Management skills

Project Team leading skills

Decision making ability including skillset for clear
decision recommendations and impact analysis

Stakeholdermanagement

Presentation skills on each hierarchy level

Determined, structured and strong in implementation
