Coordinator/Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

We are searching for a
Program Coordinator/Transformation Manager (m/f/d)
for a permanent position located in Germany, France or the Netherlands

Regarding Program Coordination:
- You will coordinate and support the workstream leaders with the collaboration and planning process
- You will work with the local organisations to carry out the tasks detailed by the project management office
- You will support local HR teams to recruit and onboard staff
- You will support solution managers and international/local finance to create and forecast business cases between the countries and to consolidate them on a group level
- You will support the Product Workstream in order to define use cases and product requirements for the handover to Development

Regarding Transformation Management:
- You will support our Head of Program Management with designing strategic and operational governance models as well as change processes
- You will manage and support activities and projects in order to implement governance processes and organisational change, monitor and report the success of the activities
- You will be responsible for the communication with stakeholders of all hierarchy levels to anchor changes in a sustainable way

- Excellent Master´s degree in business science, economics, organisational development or related fields of study
- Project management experience
- Ideally, you already have experience with business coaching as well as a track record of organising and running of adequate workshops
- Experience with managing transformation projects and organisational development
- Good knowledge of agile methodology
- High level of presentation and moderation skills
- High level of initiative, dedication, perseverance and assertiveness
- Excellent analytical skills combined with an agile and communicative working style
- A feeling for people and the ability to hire, maintain and develop great talent
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
