On behalf of our client we are looking for
Delivery Manager (m/f)
-Responsible for on site project planning, initiating and monitoring of projects and performing all supportive tasks for economic, on-time and good quality implementation together with customers, production units and regional Lufthansa Systems offices.
-Defining timelines, tasks and dependencies and providing clear project communications to all project stakeholders. Develop and manage the project plan, including project scope, development/delivery schedule and resource requirements Use of Lufthansa Systems project management standards and processes according to standard process.
-Gather requirements, identify gaps, document specifications
-Assist and streamline testing, qa, and UAT phases
-Support the pre-contract phase with the documentation and architectural dcuments of the solution
-Resolve conflicts and try to find solutions for occuring problems during the project. Take responsibility for Customer Management together with Account Management and Service Delivery Management
-Other duties as assigned or required
-Responsible for the whole roll out and delivery on board the ships in time and budget
-Creation of Roll out / Delivery plans in agreement with the customer and organizing the resources needed.
-Participate in meetings with the customer during roll out
-Participate in presentations and support technical questions
-At least 5 years of project management / delivery management experience preferably in Hospitality related IT-industry and in a leadership role with accountability for business results, Experience in leading distributed teams (onshore/offshore) and delivering projects
-Ship and Hotel industry knowledge, deep understanding of business processes, guest requirements, and system designs
-English = business fluent
