Zielsetzung der Aufgabe:
Responsible for managing a small team of test analysts. Team’s main task is analyzing test results produced by vendor teams.
Detaillierung:
Interface between Management and Test Analysts
- Understanding of confidence questions raised by management
- Translate” these requirements into work packages for Test Analysts, who then analyse test results provided by other test teams
- Present results to Management
Necessary skills:
- ability to both understand management and test analysts
- ability to lead a team
- Presentation skills
- High resilience
- High motivation with target and result oriented functioning
- Assertiveness paired with capacity for teamwork
- Excellent understanding of complex dependencies, ability to find solutions
- English language skills
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunication processes
- Understanding Software- and System Architectures
- Handling Rational Tool Suite: Test Manager / Clear Case / Clear Quest
